In silico Structural Biology
Biological systems are strongly dependent on the complex environment features. The predictive power of Molecular Dynamics together with the novel AI approaches allow us understand how all these parameters influence the structure of proteins.
The course will provide a general overview of in silico methods for the prediction and exploitation of structure and properties of proteins.
Theoretical lectures will be complemented by practicals.
We will host our school in Bari (Italy), 28-31 October 2024

Cryo-electron microscopy is one of the most powerful techniques to describe the structure of large molecules and complexes at atomic level.
